How I work

Three stages, used together or on their own, whether you're starting from a problem or a new possibility.

1. Workshops that start from the problem or the possibility. Short, focused sessions on a stubborn problem or new capability worth testing, with the people closest to it agreeing what to look at.
2. Discovery. I spend time finding the real problem before anyone commits to a solution, so the money goes on the right thing.
3. Delivery that sticks. I stay through the change, so new ways of working still hold once the project team has gone.

What I work on

The three areas where energy organisations most often need to change how they run.

• Digital and data that earn their keep. Systems and data people trust and use, chosen for the problem in front of you rather than the latest platform.
• Future operating models. A practical method for working out how an organisation should run once new technology is in place, not just how to install it.
• AI in practice, not AI theatre. Where AI genuinely helps, I make it work day to day. Where it doesn't, I say so.
